Elsie Locke Award

The Elsie Locke Award is offered annually by LIANZA, the Library and Information Association of New Zealand Aotearoa.

It recognises the most distinguished contribution to non-fiction literature for children by an author who is a citizen or resident of New Zealand.

Entries for the awards must be submitted by publishers by 1 May, who must submit three copies of each title they wish to enter. Winners are announced at LIANZA's annual conference.
