ROTORUA WRITERS GROUP- NATIONAL SHORT STORY COMPETITION 2008
Opens 1st April, closes 30th June

Rotorua Writers Group are sponsoring a 2008 National Short Story competition for NZ residents with Sue Emms  the competition judge.Entries of 1500 words max. are due by 30th June. Prizes of $500, $250, $150, will be awarded by the Rotorua Writers Group, the Altrusa Club of Rotorua, and the Waiariki Institute of Technology.
Local awards will be made to the highest placed local writer ( must be a member of the Rotorua Public Library ) of $250 from Rotorua Friends of the Library,  and
$100 from McLeods Booksellers Ltd.
