Takahe Poetry and Short Story Competition

Each year Takahe magazine runs a writing competition, alternating between short story and poetry.

First Prize $250, 2nd Prize $100. Two runners-up receive a one year subscription to Takahe. Winners and runners-up will receive a one year membership to the New Zealand Book Council.

Conditions of entry, fees, and entry forms can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Takahe Magazine, PO Box 13 335, Christchurch.
